What to do when you forget someone’s name during an introduction

    I used to be terrible at remembering people’s names. The trouble is you never listen to it in the first place. I now make an effort to listen and use the name within the conversation when I’m introduced to someone new.

    Yes, you are exactly right, you need to listen when someone states their name. That really helps to remember it. Thanks for sharing that point.
