Etiquette Essentials for Professional Success, offered as an in-person class
Whether you're just starting your career or are a seasoned professional, this class covers business etiquette fundamentals to make positive first and lasting impressions with employers, managers, coworkers and clients. Participants will learn the essential skills they need to succeed in business, and professionally represent themselves and the company in-person and virtually.
This interactive six-hour class will cover introductions, virtual and in-person greetings, confident non-verbal and verbal communication, digital diplomacy (cell phones, email, texting and video meetings), conversation skills, networking and mingling essentials as well as table manners and dining etiquette. Snacks and a three-course lunch will be served.

Investment is $295 per person, which includes a copy of Spinach in Your Boss's Teeth: Etiquette Essentials for Professional Success, snacks, a three-course lunch and a workbook. Adult Class Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to ten days before the class are 100% refundable. Cancellations received less than ten days before the class are not refundable.
If fewer than ten people are registered three days before the class, the class will be cancelled and refunds issued, or, registrants may transfer to a future class.
