We spend a third of our time at the workplace, therefore it’s important employees treat each other with courtesy and respect so that the workplace is a pleasant, productive and comfortable place to be. Workplace conflict and disrespect can have a negative impact on productivity and overall job satisfaction, which ultimately affects the company’s bottom line.
